Bid for hotel in FLL

We are looking for a pre and post cruise hotel in FLL for Dec 2006. Has anybody ever try bidding at Priceline for hotels for Dec 2006 check in?

 

Any idea which hotel is offered by Priceline for 3-4 stars at FLL airport?

how you do--I'm trying the same thing. We are a family with 2 members leaving the next day, another 2 days after cruise and another 3 days later and it's Dec 24th to boot. I'd love to find the Fort LAuderdale motel on the beach-small, fun. clean and not decorated from the 40's but my chances don't look good. Let us know how you made out
