clvince Posted June 15, 2004 #1 Share Posted June 15, 2004 When I called Princess just now he said that they know nothing about a survivor cruise. He also said they do not do those kind of cruises. Talked to his boss they then made a few calls came back and said no such thing is planned. Where did you all hear this? I had the DH all talked into it too boy am I bummed out now. The rates were great & he was getting excited about cruising with his best buddys lol. Please let me know if you all hear anything else. CCLNCLRCICRUISER Posted June 15, 2004 #4 Share Posted June 15, 2004 This might also help. This radio station is doing a "survivor" cruise giveaway. According to the site Rich, Lex, Big Tom, Kathy, and ShiiAnn are going. http://www.k-litefm.com/
tef43 Posted June 15, 2004 #5 Share Posted June 15, 2004 Now if Erin, Sarah and Clay were going, I'd think about it. Aside from Big Tom, there's nobody on the "guest" list worth crossing the street to see. Ok, *maybe* KathyO, but that's a stretch. Would like to have seen Rupert's name on the list but Big Tom will make my day i'm sure Thanks Char
CCLNCLRCICRUISER Posted June 15, 2004 #7 Share Posted June 15, 2004 Char Trotwood is in the Dayton Area. Glad the site helped. Im sure Big Tom will be making up songs and doing his jig on a nightly basis.

clvince Posted June 15, 2004 Author #9 Share Posted June 15, 2004 Thanks everyone found the TA & will be booking this cruise as soon as I look for some better rates lol. The more we save the more I can spend. Anyone else looking into this cruise? Char
Littlegoo75 Posted June 15, 2004 #10 Share Posted June 15, 2004 I am looking into this cruise for sure. The husband just hates booking things too far in advance. We had to cancel our last cruise, which was a bummer, so in a way I would rather wait until the last minute so there is less time for me to get hyped up and wait for the cruise. For a special cruise like this one, I know we'll have to jump on it soon. ??????????? November 2004 Carnival Pride 4/27/02 Sitmar Fairsea 4/ 1983 ( I was just a little kid!!) Cruiser@Heart Posted June 15, 2004 #11 Share Posted June 15, 2004 Remember.....This Survivor Theme Cruise is only offered thru that specific TA. In order to have access to/participate in the Survivor part of the cruise you will have book directly with them. clvince Posted June 15, 2004 Author #12 Share Posted June 15, 2004 HELP:: went to the web sight ( Regal Cruises & Travel) got the phone # & when I call it it is not a working #. Anyone else trying to get ahold of them? We really would like to go but want to be part of the survivor group. Any ideas will help. Char
Littlegoo75 Posted June 16, 2004 #13 Share Posted June 16, 2004 I was really excited when I first heard about this, now I'm thinking people might be making it out to be a bigger deal than it really is. It looks as though it's just Big Tom and Naked Richard so far, I'm sure they are just going to want to hide in their cabins than deal with fans - well, Richard might just want to run around naked, and Tom might be at the bars the entire time. I would love to find out more information about this cruise, the thing is, I really would rather sail on Carnival and would rather sail to the Western Caribbean, so I am not sure if this Survivor cruise would be worth it. ??????????? serene56 Posted June 16, 2004 #14 Share Posted June 16, 2004 Uness those drinks are free I cant see Tom sitting at any bar--unless other people are buying his drinks. He doesnt seem to me to be the kind of guy to pay the rpice for a cruise drink. Sorry to see that Rupert wont be sailing. Littlegoo75 Posted June 17, 2004 #15 Share Posted June 17, 2004 I'd buy him a drink if he would do the "Tom" dance for me. I don't know if I could see him drinking a Pina Colada - he seems more like a straight Whiskey kind of guy. ???????????
