Does NCL still offer the Priority Access?

Good Afternoon,

We sailed NCL Jewel last May to Alaska and decided to pay for the Priority Access preboarding. The 1x free laundry and chocolate croissants every morning delivered to our room every morning was worth the price. (The $50 spa credit, however, was not) 

Is NCL still offering the Priority Access?
