Parrot Tree Plantation

Has anybody done the beach day excursion to Parrot Tree Plantation. If so, how was it?

 

Trying to decide between that and Tabyana Beach.

Try Tabyana. I was unimpressed with Parrot Tree. It was ok, but they were selling condos there and that always makes me suspicious.

I bought a condo at Parrot Tree. I have been in love with Parrot Tree Plantation for years and was so excited when they started selling the condos right on the beach. We now own two properties in Roatan - the condo and a house in Palmetto Bay and spent three weeks there last summer. There is no reason to be suspicious about going on an excursion to Parrot Tree for the day. I have never done an excursion on a cruise ship day to Parrot Tree - so I don't know how crowded it gets, etc. But, I have been to both Tabyana and Parrot Tree (Tabyana on a cruise ship day - it was packed). I love both places equally. Parrot Tree is gorgeous - please don't skip it just because they're selling condos. It's a great place to spend the day - my kids loved it!
