john bowtie Posted May 25 #1 Share Posted May 25 Just a few thoughts after a recent cruise in a solo cabin on Harmony of the Seas. The 12 solo cabins (3 inside & 9 outside) are all located on Deck 4. I had an outside cabin. There is no denying that at 96 sq ft the cabin is compact, but it is functional. The bath room seems to be the standard size. There was a cabinet with 2 drawers, a safe, a mini frig/cooler, and 2 additional shelves. There was another closet for hanging clothes that had 11 hangers. There is a full size bed directly next to the window with small end table and light (with storage space under for suitcases). There was a tiny desk counter with the usual plugs and a small seating ottoman with additional storage. The window is huge. There is no seating area or chair with a back. (Tip--the room are directly next to the entrance to the deck 4 dining room which has two very large and comfortable seating areas. They were open and empty most of the day (except just before dinner service)--I just made them my own when I wanted a quiet place to read.) I did not notice any noise from above or below. I did not notice any smoke from casino getting as far as the rooms (but the smoke was awful when passing through to studio b, comedy club, or the theatre).
