Disembark in Santos - Time need for flight from Sao Paulo?

Good morning! My cruise is scheduled to get into port in Santos at 8 am on the last day, 12/28. Would a 12:15 pm domestic flight out of Sao Paolo be cutting it too close? I'm thinking with a domestic flight, we need to arrive around 10:45 and it's around 1.5 hours of driving.

Hope I'm not too late! Do you mean the GRU or CHG airport? It does make a difference since the CHG airport is closer (about 1h30 from Santos). If you mean the GRU airport I would recommend you look for another flight, you might not make it in time.
