Best Beach Club in Cannes During Day Time

Hi everyone! I'm looking for recommendations on the best beach clubs in Cannes during the day that offer lounge chairs with umbrellas and a restaurant. Also, I read somewhere that there is a specific dress code when entering the restaurant from the lounging area on the beach. I just wanted to confirm if a sporty cover-up is sufficient or is it expected to have a fancier outfit for that portion of the day? Thanks in advance!
