Might be a rather delicate question

We just got back this week.  Everywhere we went we found signs not to flush the paper so we did not.   We went to Athens, Rhodes, Corfu, Mykonos, Santorini, Dubrovnik, and Split.   I rarely tempted fate and I admit I flushed a couple of squares of TP on occasion. But for the most part although I didn’t like it, we respected the need to use the bins.

keep some local coins handy.  If you have to use a public toilet, there may be a charge for an entrance fee ( or would that be an "exit" fee), or you may have to give a tip to the person monitoring the toilets and giving you a paper towel to dry your hands.
