Question about Rivers Casino 30% MSC cruise discount

Has anyone ever redeemed there Rivers Casino 30% off discount for a cruise longer then 10 days?  I am trying to redeem my Rivers Casino 30% off MSC cruise discount for a cruise that is 23 days & when I called to do this I am being told the discount is only up to 10 day cruises.  I know the comp cruise is only for 10 days but it does not say on the website that the discount is only for 10 night cruises or less.  Has anyone ever booked a cruise over 10 days with the discount?

Looks like the Black and Platinum categories are up to 10 days so they're interpreting the Gold category to the same limit.

Yes, maybe but both Black & Platinum are a free cruise so that's understandable to be the 10 day limit.  I spoke with 2 reps & both said the 10 day rule.  I will try again tomorrow to see what happens.

 

Yes, The discount is sweet especially since everyone who signs up for a rivers players card gets the discount.
