Jj343434jj Posted July 25 #1 Share Posted July 25 So I redeemed the $100 OBC on the app. I never received an email with verification of the purchase but it shows under "my wallet" in the myvegas app. Do I just email Royal with the redemption code it gives? Also, can I redeem more than one reward, like can I redeem the $150 FreePlay with the OBC. I assume I can't redeem multiple freeplays and stack them. zebra36 Posted July 25 #3 Share Posted July 25 (edited) There should be an email address(clubroyale@rccl.com) in the award certificate that shows the info you need to supply to have the OBC credited to your booking. This info goes to the casino folks for approval and subsequently you should get an email from them indicating the OBC was credited to your booking. zebra36 Posted July 25 #6 Share Posted July 25 Never tried but they seem pretty restrictive about claiming more than one award within a limited time frame. I use my apple login for the app so idk if my email is associated with the myVegas app. However when I redeemed the reward and it asked for an email, I put in my only email I use but never got anything to that email.
