The non NCL excursions mention caves, but I prefer to stick with NCL unless someone has a good recommendation. It will be me and my kids 17 and 20. If it is at the maya world it is nice but pretty chill float a few rapids. The cave tubing I think you are refering to is another 45 minute drive beyond the maya world. It is fairly interesting with some bats in the cave. The zipline at the maya world is fun as well and you can do the zipline then tube for a cooling off after ziplining.
