MSC Seascape Spa Amenities: Definitive List

I've been looking around and I have an idea of some of the offerings in the spa, but I am interested in a definitive list.

DW already has a massage booked - but that's not my thing.  Do they have hydromassage chairs or regular massage chairs?  I enjoy those, but I don't like being touched by strangers!

I know there is a salt room - are there any red light treatments? I started doing those recently at the gym and I would like to keep those going.

So, if you please - let's make a list?  I will also fill in any blanks when I am on the ship at the end of this week.

Beware - the salt room fills up quickly and I noticed people never seemed to leave it.

Not sure about red light treatments, but I did not see any hydro massage or regular massage chairs.

They've got a Thalassotherapy pool, Saunas (Finnish and a Steam Bath) ice room, the odd sensory shower walk through

Outside are is a hot tub
