Figuring out some NCL excursions and came across this excursion offered. Unsure if it's worth it and if it includes transportation

With shorex descriptions you need to read the description very carefully as "cruiseline speak" can sometimes be as clear as mud.☹️  I think you have two options for best info.

 

Contact the relevant department at NCL and ask.

 

As your question is NCL specific, consider cross posting on the NCL Board where NCL passengers who have previously taken this shorex would be more likely to see it and respond.
