Visiting Sihanoukville on Seabourn - did Seabourn arrange a Visa onboard?

We will be making a port call in December on the Seabourn Encore at Sihanoukville in Cambodia. There seems to be some confusion about whether passengers need to arrange a Visa in advance, or whether Seabourn arrange a Visa onboard on arrival. Has anyone any experience of this? Travelling to our local Cambodia Embassy to arrange a Visa could be time consuming and expensive and we’d like avoid the hassle if possible!
Thanks everyone, any info appreciated!

Just received a reply from Seabourn Guest Services. The Visa required for Sihanoukville will indeed be arranged by Guest Services onboard, at an estimated cost of $65 per person. As the local Cambodian Embassy charges $45, it doesn’t seem such a bad deal! Saves us a night in a hotel so makes sense.
