Do they still have the non-alcoholic smoothie coupons for teens?

I haven't seen anyone mention this in a while, and was wondering if NCL still sells the booklet of smoothie coupons for teenagers? Our kids (10 and 12...so not even teens yet) loved them last year. Price?

Just purchased it on the Jewel, great deal for teens. It comes in a passort size booklet with preforated seams so you can tear them out. You can also subsitute for slushies or pop, and you can purchase it at any bar. The only disadvantage is that you have to carry the coupons with you.
