Majesty Room Question-#2576

I was just looking at the layout of my cabin on the Majesty for 5/12 and they have a disclaimer in the bottom saying:

 

*Oceanview staterooms - Categories G, H, & I - on decks 2, 3, 6, 7, & 8 are changing for sailings starting May 1, 2006. Please click on the links below to view the updated deck plans.

 

Does anybody know what this could mean? I clicked the link but couldn't see any difference.

It just means that they are going to reclassify the rooms. For example, the Ocenaviews on deck 8 are now calssed as CAT G. After May 1 they will be called CAT I, the lowest of the oceanview. This is because the view is partially obstructed by the bottom of the lifeboats, and most people thought that the view was actually better way down on deck 2, which is currently the CAT I.

 

Nothing will actually change in the rooms. In fact, I believe that all the F1, F2, G, H, & I's are all the same, the only difference being location (deck). Basically they are just changing which deck(s) are more desirable (and hence cost a few $ more).
