Travel Agency Question

I have Booked an Alaskan Cruise/ Land tour that includes a Carnival cruise through Legendary Journeys and am wondering if I should be receiving Doc from Carnival of if all that will come straight from LJ as I am wanting to Pre register on Carnivals website?

You should get a confirmation # and written confirmation from the TA. Unless the TA specifically tells Carnival to send the cruise documents directly to you, they will go from Carnival to the TA to you.

You should get your docs. within a few weeks of your cruise. The TA should have given you the confirmation no. at booking. You should be able to call and request the no. from the TA. You need the booking No. so that when you call Carnival you can varify that your cruise is actually booked, and so that you can pre-register.

I don't think he is questioning whether his cruise is booked, but I think he just wants to fill out the Fun Pass online. Aquamatt, if you don't already have your booking number, just ask your TA for it so you can complete the Fun Pass registration on Carnival's website.
