You can stopover in Iceland. Beautiful-we did it two years ago on another sale fare. The Blue Lagoon is on the way to the airport. They have a tour that takes you from downtown Reykjavik, lets you swim for an hour+, then takes you to the airport. It was a really good time.

 

Book an inexpensive ticket to Minneapolis (the overseas plane doesn't leave until 7:00PM) and you should be able to get to London for less than $500.00.

 

May work for some of you looking for transatlantic repo fares (throw away ticket) or you can always get at British Airways, Ryan Air or Easy Jet flight pretty cheap if you need to go to Barcelona, Rome, Venice, etc.
