Shampoo+soap on CB?

Im a first time cruiser going on the CB, are shampoo and soap provided or do I bring my own? Thanks

Interior, Ocean View, and Balcony Cabins will have soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided in cardboard packets. Mini-Suites and higher categories have small bottles and also include bath gel. All will be refreshed on a regular basis.

They gave us sample sizes from their on board spa. If you run out you can always ask the steward for more. I even brought some home and use it when I am lonely for a cruise ;)
