kaseyoz Posted April 5, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 5, 2006 we have finally been given cabins numbers. Ours is still the same as when we booked, but our friends have their number also. I have checked and noted this is a wheel chair friendly cabin. any extra perks for this type of cabin. Looks about same size on the plan. Great location, not far from us , near stair and in middle and near the laundry should they need to use it!!. Tomorrow it will be one week away. thanks karon
aussiedisneyfan Posted April 5, 2006 #2 Share Posted April 5, 2006 Karon, what cabin number is it? There are 2 sorts of cabins one is restricted access and the other is fully disabled. Keepcruising has had restricted access cabins on the last couple of cruises. It had a wider doorway so the chair could fit through and their was a railing and seat in the shower. I don't think it was any bigger, maybe marginally. Their cabin numbers have been M78 and M96. Which were outside cabins. We saw inside a completely disabled cabin which was an inside cabin with a double bed. It was quite large and had a ramp into the bathroom and almost a sitting area if I remember correctly. We snuck a peek while they were cleaning.
