noordam cabin choice

I've not yet been on the Noordam but from looking at the deck plans, I see little difference in the two cabins except that one is on the starboard side and the other on the port side. Neither are shown to have obstructions and are about equidistant from the elevators.

 

If it were me, I would base my decision on the itinerary and try to book on whichever side is more likely to be in sight of land more. I really don't think it will matter much though.
