logcabin Posted April 10, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 10, 2006 I am booked in an AD suite on the Spirit for July. I am working on an up-sell to an AA if possible. Is it worth it? I know you get 3 bottles of alcohol, sodas, etc. But, is there any other perks? I read where people have talked about the conceirge personally walking them to a reserved spot in the theatre for shows, early entry into the Chocolate Buffet, etc. Do these extra perks come with all suites or just the Owners Suite. Do you get free internet usage with the AA's, do they come with a laptop, etc. I'm really trying to figure out if it's worth the up-sell. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. Baitman19 Posted April 11, 2006 #2 Share Posted April 11, 2006 Stayed in an AA on the Dawn twice, also stayed in an AE. The AA is worth the added cost. You are treated like royalty. You do get the 3 bottles and all the mixers you'll ever need. Free bottle water. Your every wish is their command. We were always escorted to our seat in the theater and we even got to get off the ship in St. Thomas before anyone else. Use the link below to check out the rooms. There IS a difference. http://www.cruisedeckplans.com/DP/NCL/nclspirit.htm Happy Sailing, Monty
logcabin Posted April 11, 2006 Author #3 Share Posted April 11, 2006 Thanks for the info. I have been researching this for some time and trying to make up my mind. I called the up-sell desk and had my name put on the list to call once they start up-selling. So, I wanted all the info I can get. I'd love to hear from those who stayed in an AA on the Spirit.
