ronniegintx Posted April 11, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 11, 2006 Has anyone done this excursion? Looking for details so I can determine if ok to do this one with a two year old. Also, do you know if there is snorkel equipment to rent at the beach they take you to?

famtrav Posted June 15, 2006 #3 Share Posted June 15, 2006 After reading the post that we can not post recommendations without a request I am scared. If youo ask me, I'll tell you more about the previous reply. The cenotes were great. We did not go on a big tour. If they are going to Akumal, that was great. Since it's a big tour they may or may not tell you about the sea turtles there. You can snorkel out a ways and they are pretty easy to find. We loved loved loved the cenotes, but if we went back we might just take a cab to Akumal. It's nice, Restaurants, rest rooms, very nice beach. Have a great time. solita Posted June 19, 2006 #4 Share Posted June 19, 2006 Has anyone done this excursion? Looking for details so I can determine if ok to do this one with a two year old. Also, do you know if there is snorkel equipment to rent at the beach they take you to? This isn´t the best tour to take a 2 year old on. The caverns are tricky for tiny feet but the beach and lunch are great. There is not snorkel gear to rent.
