Suggestions for Snorkle trips without beach time?

We are going to Belize on the 27th of April and have been looking for an excursion (not from Carnival) that is strictly snorkling. We are not beach people and all trips we have found spend half of the time on the beach. We want alot of boat and snorkle time. Any ideas for us? Thanks.

Are you going on the Carnival Miracle sailing on the 23rd? We have a large roll call. Come join us. I am looking at shore excursions right now for Belize for the other couple in our party. Horseshoe Reef snorkel combo sounds like it is all boat and snorkel time and no beach time but it is through the cruise line.:(
