Best Kayaking in Ketchican: Tatoosh Islands or Orca Cove?

We have definitely decided on kayaking in Ketchican. However, just when I was about to book Orca Cove, I saw that RCCL had a similar kayking excursion in Tatoosh Islands. I like the idea of only 6 people on the Orca Cove kayaking, but wondering how many we can expect on the Tatoosh Island kayaking if booked through RCCL. Has anyone done either or both? Can Tatoosh Island kayaking be booked independately? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

We really enjoyed Orca Cove and would do it again. I haven't done the Tatoosh Island tour so I can't comment on that. I wouldn't want to go on a kayak tour with more then 6 people. We had 3 kayaks in our group and it was hard enough to here what the guide was saying.
