Chikita Posted April 19, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 19, 2006 Okay, do the showers in the cabins have sliding doors or shower curtains? If they have curtains, do they keep the water inside the shower area? Sorry, I am very picky about this.:o Thanks;)

Just keep the curtain on the inside fo the shower, and you will be ok. In the event of flooding, there is a drain in the bathroom itself.

Scoutcat Posted April 20, 2006 #5 Share Posted April 20, 2006 Another tip that I picked up from these boards before our cruise....bring along a few heavy clips to put on the bottom of the shower curtain. Three or four will keep the curtain hanging straight and it will not billow out or try to cling to you. I brough the metal ones with the magnets you sometimes see in offices---the magnets won't stick to the plastic shower basin, but they did provide enough weight to really do the trick. Hope that helps! "Scout" aka Carol Dayton, OH Carnival Valor~December 2005
LornaT Posted April 20, 2006 #6 Share Posted April 20, 2006 Cat 11 and 12 suites have the spa bathtubs with the sliding glass doors. All other cabins are shower stalls with shower curtains.
BelizePlease Posted April 20, 2006 #7 Share Posted April 20, 2006 I've never had the shower curtain cling to me...even without the heavy clips. :) (Although I certainly don't discount the tips that are given on this board! Just sharing my experience... :) )

Signal9 Posted April 21, 2006 #9 Share Posted April 21, 2006 one important note.... The curtains WILL NOT support a 240 pound slightly (ok very) intoxicated male after a day on the Jolly Roger!
