sherlynn Posted April 20, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 20, 2006 I know that there is email access on the Navigator, but I was wondering if there are Web Cams on board as well. Does anyone know? We'd love to "see" the kids back home while we're away!
Nitra Posted April 20, 2006 #2 Share Posted April 20, 2006 The ship does not need a web cam for you to be able to see the kids, they need a web cam at home. My phone has video capabilites but I never use that feature, or the photo one for that matter, but was thinking if you had that feature on your cell phone you could make a mini video and send it to them, provided you have phone service. Im not sure if they have web cams on Navigator, Rhapsody has them at each internet station but it is for a photo to make a postcard to email home and it costs something like 5 dollars I believe. I have never done it so not sure on the cost. If you want to have them see you, then I would suggest checking in port to see if any of the internet cafes offer a web cam service. rfoust Posted April 20, 2006 #3 Share Posted April 20, 2006 Here are some web cams on the ships. Explorer of the seas is the only RC ship I know of with a webcam: http://www.kroooz-cams.com/
