Not sure why you'd tip the excursion people but if you must tip what you feel is appropriate.

 

Room service...a buck or two would be sufficient I think.

Most guidelines I have read suggest $2-$3 for bus drivers and tour guides and $1-$2 for room service.

I tip from 0 to 20.00 dollars, 0 dollars if the tour guide just sat on the bus, $5 dollars if the Tour guide talked about the town on the way to and from the port, $10.00 if they went out of their way to show us and stop at other locations, like to look at some animals by the roadside and 20.00 if I had a total blast as in my Scuba Trips. $2.00 room service.
