Constellation Room 6038 Penthouse Deck

We are sailing on the constellation on Aug 26th. Any views or comments on the above cabin

 

We have been avised this has a balcony, is this correct?

We had 19 days in Stateroom 6040 last November, which is next door. Yes it has a balcony. It is quite close to the elevators, and we heard occasional voices, but it certainly didn't keep us awake,.

Thank you for your reply. I just wanted to clarify the balcony situation, as our documentation from Celebrity states Delux Ocean View but didn't state a balcony. Although the paper work from the agent states a balcony.
