cobrafun71 Posted May 11, 2006 #1 Share Posted May 11, 2006 Hey Everyone~ My brother and I are going on the Legend of the Seas Feb. 10, 2007. We've never been on this ship. We're going to Belize. What's it like? What's there to do? Any information on the ship and ports? Thanks.
Camsnana Posted May 12, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 12, 2006 We are going on Legend 01/27/07. Never been to Belize or Grand Caymen. Look forward to hearing other opinions of both ports. Also wondering if anyone else has booked cruise for January 2008 or am I the only cruise junkie?
bjlabby Posted May 12, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 12, 2006 We were on the Legend in February of this year. I'd highly recommend the Lamanai and the New River Safari excursion. Sure, it takes all day, but the Lamanai Ruins are breath-taking, and the boat trip up the New River is enjoyable as well. Other than that, enjoy a good Beliken beer or two. cobrafun71 Posted June 3, 2006 Author #4 Share Posted June 3, 2006 Great to hear about the excursions. We'll look into them. It can't come soon enough. I'm looking forward to the ship. We've been on bigger ship, but I kind of like the smaller ones. When is big too big? Happy Sailing!:p
