reccommend one-bedroom for 3 day rental in Ft. Lauderdale area post cruise?

I have been scouring the web re: one-bedroom rentals for Jan.19-22, post cruise, $150/night max. So far availability at Souters on the Ocean, Lafayette Motel, Great Escape Motel, Tropics Resort, Robindale Motel and Beach Ball Motel (used to be Sandy Shores). Looking for cleanliness, pool, walking distance to ocean, doesn't have to be fancy, not too far from Port Everglades and FLL. Has anyone stayed at any of these, or perhaps has another recommendation? Thanks!

I don't know what LagoMar is going at these days. But we stayed there last summer and all i can say is WOW!

 

On the beach, great pool, great rooms, tennis, mini-golf, ect!

 

Definately, the only place we will stay in Ft.Lauderdale! Kids are upset we are cruising out of Port Canavarel this summer..because I won't drive down to LagoMar to stay pre/post cruise!
