Seabourn Post Cruise Thank You Packet

Recommended Posts

Just received the packet containing our Seabourn Club cards, a Thank You letter and a DVD. Unfortunately it appears the US Postal Service decided to see if the DVD's were fragile (one was broken in three pieces and the other was merely split in half). Can someone tell me what is on the DVD's before I ask Seabourn to resend ?

Thanks

Scotty

I don't know if they're the same, but I just received the Seabourn DVD they include in the package with brochures, and it's essentially the same videos that are on their website's "virtual theater."

I can't envision Seabourn spending the money to produce another video that's much different.

Hi Jane, it took them about 3 weeks. We were on the 3/26 Legend cruise, when I had not heard anything from Miami about our onboard booking deposit I sent them an email asking for confirmation and the club number, which they sent. The thank you packet contains a thank you letter, membership cards, membership booklet, referal cards and the DVD/CD.
