Need tour advice

My family,, group of 29.. are traveling to Belize in November on the carnival Valor. We have never cruised in Nov. can someone tell me if it will be warm enough to enjoy a beach day with snorkeling? Also, can someone recommend a tour that would be a good beach day,,with shade for older folks,,,nice beach for kids,,, good snorkeling. We are willing to book either with Carnival or with a private tour operator. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, we went to Caye Caulker and did a day trip out to the reef, there is many shops that offer trips, we went with one by the split. They had a bunch of boats for trips. I can't remember the name, but you could check on the Caye Caulker website for links.
