Onboard Credit Question

Recommended Posts

On our last cruise on the Sovereign, a friend of ours arranged for a shipboard credit for us, there was a card left in the cabin on the first night, showing how much the credit was for and who it was from

Don't know how they did it though, I would imagine just called Customer Service

You have to call the 800 number and tell them you want to purchase onboard credit. Make sure you request that they email or fax you a confirmation. I've puchased tons of OBC and never had a problem, but figure the first time I forget to ask for a confirmation, something won't show up......
