barcelona-lisbon excursions?

We were on a Barcelona - Lisbon cruise in November. We only used ship excursions twice.

Malaga We have been on the full-day trip to the Alhambra. As with most cruise tours, it was rushed -- not really any time to fully absorb the place -- but I am glad I took it. We actually got back to the ship early enough to spend some time wandering around the area right by the port in Malaga, which was also interesting.

Tangiers We had hoped to arrange a private tour guide before we got to port, but when that didn't work out, we took one of the cruise tours (to the Caves and Kasbah). A nice overview of the area.

For all of the other ports (Palma, Ibiza, Portimao, Lisbon) we went on our own.

If you have questions about a specific port or excursion, it might make it easier to answer.
