Aquanaut experience on the Mariner?

I would like to hear opinions from anyone who has been on the Mariner with their "Aquanaut" 3-5 year old. We would be traveling with our 4 and 7 year old boys (not worried about the 7 year old - better swimmer) and was initially concerned with the fact that the kids pool was replaced by a bigger Adventure Ocean area. (Interested in the Mariner due to the port, and the fact that my airfare will be around $1000 less).

 

I'm sure that the any loss of a kids pool would be offset by his experience in a larger play area, but I was interested in the opinions of others that had been on this ship with a 3-5 year old. :rolleyes:
