Does anyone know where the Caribbean Princess has been docking, or tendering in Cozumel.

 

I am scheduled to be there last week in July, and want to rent car when I get off ship.

My sisterinlaw is going to be there tomorrow. And they are supposed to dock. If I hear from them tomorrow I will let you know for sure.

Princess has been tendering in to the remnents of the Puerta Maya pier. This is the southern most of the four piers that used to service cruise ships.

My wife and rented a car in Cozumel one time and it broke down on the other side of the island. Don't let this discourage you, just make sure you research the various car rental companies before you book one. My wife and I always book our cars ahead of time and always take the economy car as they often upgrade you for no extra charge. We have had the best success with Thrifty Car. This is still the best way to see the island and the cheapest!!
