Menus and formal nights

We are sailing on the Imagination on July 13th (Key West/Calica) - can't wait!

 

I'm curious about menus and formal nights. What night would be our formal night?

 

I've seen 7 night cruise menus....what should we expect on a 4 night cruise? Menus 1 - 4?? Or is everything different?

BTW - All the 7 night info is great too. We're booked on the Triumph for February 2007!

The two 4-nighters I've been on (Holiday & Paradise) - Formal night was the second night on board. I thought they used menus #1-4, but not long ago, someone said I was incorrect... that they alternate...?

Menus are fairly standard fleetwide, I know Serene56 recently posted them. You can find them easily from search.
