I love the Princess coffee - in fact - I would pay for it if they started charging - Had my fill of Mickey D's and Starbucks crap - use it for paint remover.

Glad I'm not alone. I kinda like it too. Hmmmmmm...Maybe there's more to cruising than the coffee? Of all the things they could improve on (we love Princess. But hey! There's always room for improvement), why wouldn't you make suggestions on something more substantive.

I don't find the Princess coffee to be all that bad and I do like my coffee. The syrup(I think) is only used in the Horizon Court. Elsewhere it is brewed. Syrup is probably used for the dining rooms also. When it is fairly fresh it is a pretty good cup of coffee. I have found that the Horizon Court coffee can be a bit unsavory during non-meal hours when it has been sitting for awhile.

I love the coffee too! It is one time that I get to sit after dinner with a nice cup of decaf and wonderful desserts! I couldn't think of much more that I would rather do.
