I have never sailed on any of the Royal Caribbean ships (I can't wait for my July 2 honeymoon cruise!), and I have a couple of questions. Is there a safe or an iron in the rooms for us to use? Also, what are Royal Caribbean's policies on bringing soda or alcohol on board? I have heard different things, but I don't what is true and what is not. One more question...I have heard that the Travel Channel may be doing a taping aboard during the July 2 sailing. Does anyone have any info on this? Thanks so much! :)

Irons: No, they are a fire hazard. You can have something pressed for 1/2 the price of cleaning and the prices are just like at our local cleaner if not cheaper.

Safe: Should be one in the closet.

Alcohol: Official policy is no, not sure what's going on with wine theses days though.

Soda: Not sure of the official policy but never seen anyone get soda confiscated.
