QM2 Southampton Embarkation Time

Hi:

 

Just received our documents for the QM2 June 27th TA. Notice that the insert calls for embarkation for Decks 9 & 10 at 2 p.m. Last year, this was noon, allowing for lunch on board. Are plans are to arrive in Southampton about noon-ish. Has anybody else baorded a TA recently and found boarding times to be this late, or were the boarding earlier??

We recently sailed on the Norwegian Odyssey cruise on the Qm2 in early May and despite what the booklet said we turned up around 12 noon and were happily onboard by 12.25 enjoying lunch in the Kings Court- I would say get on as early as you can!
