cookie1961 Posted June 3, 2006 #1 Share Posted June 3, 2006 Hi everyone, I know this is the Celebrity board but I haven't had luck on the Royal board and I thought I could turn to the sister company :) After three weeks of stringing me along, I discovered that I don't qualify for the $99 USD rebate for booking a cruise 45 days from the opening of it. They claim it's because I paid in CAN funds AND it's a holiday sailing. Long story, short, lots of people did in fact get the credit but I haven't. I am looking for the email address of the person in charge of Customer Service at Royal. I feel I must express my disappointment in the handling of this promotion. I was given an email address on the Royal board but the letter bounced back immediately. Can anyone help me out? I don't want to call anyone because I spent sooooo much time waiting of the phones for people at Royal. I think an email would be most efficient. I've Googled his name for address and email address. Also, if you're a Crown and Anchor member, try calling direct to that number. Good luck!
