Toto2Kansas Posted June 3, 2006 #2 Share Posted June 3, 2006 The same price as for any adult in the cabin. If there are two adults and two children booking one cabin, there is a reduced rate for the 3rd and 4th passenger, no matter what the age. But they do not have a child discount, in fact, Princess limits the amount of children that are onboard depending on the sailing and time of year. Pam in CA Posted June 3, 2006 #3 Share Posted June 3, 2006 As Toto says, there are no special rates for children. The rates for a 2nd, 3rd or 4th passenger applies, regardless of age. There are some cruiselines that do have special child rates, but not Princess.

jennew Posted June 3, 2006 #5 Share Posted June 3, 2006 I suggest you look into NCL. One some sailing they offer very reduced rates for 3rd and 4th passengers. It will vary depending on the time of year, but I have seen the best rates with them. For example: we took all our kids (5 of them) on a NCL sailing and we paid about $200 for 3rd and 4th passengers (inside rooms). You to be flexible and look hard. ourlol Posted June 3, 2006 #6 Share Posted June 3, 2006 In the UK, I believe they sometimes offer FREE child places on selected cruises. I have only seen this with Sea Princess out of Southampton (and they are always subject to availability). Laura

You can find some great rates for 3rd and 4th passengers on Princess, too. We are taking our four kids and my sister in November and the 3rd and 4th people in the room are $245. It all depends on the sailing.
