Sailing in late October

Has anyone been to Italy in late October on a Cruise? Was wondering if it is pretty risky temperature wise.

We have done the 3rd week in october for the past 3 years and it has been great. In the 80's, sunny, we only had 1 rainy day last year. We usually do the caribbean, either a radiance or voyager class. This year we are doing Freedom Oct 22nd. :)
