When do you find out if you get an upgrade? We booked a Gaurentee 8A and we cruise on July 11. Also, where do you find your dining times?

You will find out when you get to the pier... just fill out your tags and leave the cabin number blank... when the porter gives you your assignment, you can just fill it in. You should have requested your preferred dining time when you booked... it will be on your sign&sail card, if you need to change it you can make a request once you board.

Did you get your documents yet? sometimes its listed on there. Sometimes its listed as a TBA. You have to wait til you get there to find out.

 

Dinng time will be on your sign and sail card. One of the first things you should do after boarding is check out where your table is located and make sure its what you want...if not find the matre de and he will try to change it for you.

On the back of your Sail & Sign page in your DOCS, there will be a long string of numbers. The first numbers will be your booking number followed by 4 numbers. That is your cabin number. If it says TBA or GTY then they have not assigned one.

 

Also, if you go to the Carnival Website and go to "My Reservation", enter your booking number and hit enter. This should bring up your booking. When you have that type http://www.carnival.com/BookModify.aspx into the address line. When you hit enter it should bring up your booking information. Scroll down and it should show your seating for dinner. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING. Just close your browser when you are done.

It told me that I had Main Second Seating. At what time will that be? What are some of the great excursions to go on?

"Main second seating" is 6:15pm. However, that is still only a request. You really will not know until you are handed your Sign & Sail card when boarding. It will show your seating assignment in the right lower corner.
