Portrait24 Posted June 9, 2006 #1 Share Posted June 9, 2006 Have booked an Obstructed View (by life boat) Cabin CAT B5 for crossing 18 July. What can I expect in terms of "obstructed view"? Will the balcony be useful?
Jacques O Posted June 9, 2006 #2 Share Posted June 9, 2006 hello! These cabins have an obstructed view. But the lifeboats are not that close to the balcony railing, so, there's plenty of light coming into the balcony and cabin. It doesn't feel "crammed". Some cabins are located between 2 life-boats or tenders, which means that there's a "slot" of un-obsturcted view of the sea! Depends on your luck. Happy crossing!
