Spas and shops on Majesty?

I will be on Majesty of the Seas on June 30. Since its only a 3 day cruise, I was wondering if there is a Spa or Gym on the ship? If there is a Spa, do I have to book in advance? Also, what kind of shops are there (things I can buy) so I can prepare how much I will spend?

We just got back from the 4-day. We loved the ship and staff. You will have a great time! There is a spa on board. You will want to book your appointments the day you board. You can't book before you get on the ship. There is a logo type ship with Majesty of the Seas clothing, hats, water bottles, etc. There are gifts for children like mini towel animals. There are Christmas ornaments. There are jewelry stores. They sell gold and silver by the inch for $1 on certain nights. They also will sell cocktail type rings 2 for $39.95. They sell discounted jewelry duty free. They also sell cigars and alcohol.
