Catamaran or Boat

My DH and I will be cruising for the first time on October 21. I have decided that we want to see the stingrays; however, neither of us has ever snorkeled in the past, and I am a little frightened. I know I will enjoy the stingrays as I can see from photos that you can stand in the water; however, I am not sure if we will enjoy the other stop to snorkel. I think I have narrowed it down to Soto's. I have read rave reviews about them on another site that i linked on from this one. Thay use motorboats, have small and personalized trips and have rest rooms and showers on board. I also looked at the Buccaneer Catamaran because it seemed like it would be cool to lounge around on if I did not snorkel at the second stop. Does anyone know if these have rest rooms?

Any other advice that you have on this decision would be appreciated.
