Cabin 9048 on the Jewel - anyone been inside?

Recommended Posts

This is a D1 category we have booked. How was it?

Can you really tell the difference between a D1 and a E1 category?

It this cabin adjacent to a storage room or something on one side - that is what it kind of looks like on the deck plan.

Thanks:)

I haven't been in that cabin specifically however I have stayed in 9202 on the Brilliance (same class of ship) and 9256 on the Jewel (both D1 category).

The D1 cabins are larger than the E category -- 204 sq. ft vs. 179 sq. ft.; the balconies on both are generally the same (41sq. ft) although certain cabins have larger balconies. Our favourite is D1 9256 or D1 8168 on this class of ship -- both corner aft cabins with much larger balconies.

You are Port side which is great at most destinations.

Enjoy your cruise.
