Good Belize Beaches

Georgia Mariner

Recommended Posts

We're coming to Belize 6/20/06 via Carnival Glory. We're looking for a nice beach with chairs, umbrellas and palm trees. Don't want to eat, drink, swim, or get a massage - just lounge. Is Bannister Beach the only option? Do I have to book through Carnival to go there?

Thanks for any help (and pictures!)

Hola GM,

I have been researching the beaches and it looks as though you need to go to one of the islands to have a good beach. Ambegris Caye and Cay Caulker are two that keep poping up. We may take a tour with Coralbreeze. They have a Caye Caulker beach tour for loafing and a snorkel trip to 2 reefs for the adventurist. I don't know if adventurist is a real word, but what the hey?
